If the tip is opening up and you're seeing growth, well then you're good. I'd say rock it like that until you get to that next node just a suggestion. Grow on brother
Glad to hear he's pulling through

My bumble hasnt put on growth yet but the leaves are nice and perky so i know the shipment did not hurt it at all. I believe maybe, just maybe, the plant may sense its new home. Maybe. Cause both of my strains have come in and in great condition. One took forever and arrived great. And is now putting on new growth. And bumbleton, well, he is great.
Goodvibes to everyone.

Likely just getting acclimated... Happy to hear they all had a safe voyage to you... I've had clones seem to take forever at first to pick up speed.. But once they get rolling, they're off! hope its not too long of a wait
My RVT is in a limbo of sorts currently. Its been a bit stressful as he's my favorite and my newest addition. He was going alright and now he's looking super slow. The weathers not too cool at night... The coolest its gotten has been maybe 60... Maybe. And that's just one night. He's been in a spot with partial sunlight... Just receiving the morning hours. Maybe I've been babying him too much... Decided to put him in a full sunish spot today (well mostly full sunish... Just getting light from say 11-4 or 5... So well see. Its a strain I've no experience with, so I'm trying to tread lightly. I saw reference to some strains desiring a part sun regimen more than a full sun... Some of those strains were the indos, malays and some rvts... But that was just one vendor who swore by it... Though I dunno... My bumbles are absolute light fiends! And I've heard that they are a subspecies of RVT... But then again, I dunno how accurate that is either.
I tell you... Krat cult is such a new realm of horticulture, at least outside of Asia. The info for it is so scarce and there is a bit of confliction between sources sometimes... We are, in many ways, true pioneers of this field... Not just the shroomery but the generation were in... At least that's how I see it. Its really cool to think about
I wonder what the next ten years holds for kratom farming in the western world

Fellas my plants are just doing worse and worse. Don't have time to upload a new pic, but on the same trajectory as the last few and my healthy one is starting to curl and drop leaves. I'm going to see if i can grab a pH kit today and see if that's the issue. I don't know much about the water out of my tap. Is there a type of water i can buy at the store that would be an easy peasy choice to ensuring my water is not just over mineralized? I've heard some use distilled. I just want to make sure i can account for everything because I'm running out of ideas. Drainage seems not too good so i may repot... again. And someone gave me some compost. I may sprinkle a tiny bit but not sure if the nutrition is too much for a young sickly plant. I suppose we'll find out. Gahh i'm bad at this. Trichs are so much easier

Tap may be your problem buddy, that water is toxic for humans and plants alike.
I stopped drinking tap water years ago, because of all the cancerous agent, heavy metals, flouride, etc.
I have noticed that when I water my houseplants with tap water here,it yellows them, and keeps them overall in an sickly awful state of being.
I use aquarium water to mist my plants daily, and I have a huge Goldfish pond out in the backyard which collects rainwater, and that is what I use to water everything I have.
The water is so toxic here,If I was in the desert dying, and some body offered me a cup of my tap water to keep me alive,or either I could drink my own urine to live, let's just say I would go Bear Grylls on that pee

Tap water is most likely not helping your plants buddy,so I would never use it again, and definitely never drink it.
You wouldn't go straight up to the Mississippi River and drink from it would you. Well that is exactly what you're doing when you drink tap water,or feed it to your plants and animals
Go get some bottled water from the supermarket for your plants, they deserve it

Hmmm so if not tap then what? Rainy season is over here. Should I get spring? Or distilled? Or regular drinking water? I've never heard of aquarium water

Distilled will work fine. Stay away from tap, all the time, but esp when growing organic. Get a few gallons of distilled... Do a nice leaching at first by giving them about 1-2 gallons per plant to help flush out and possible salt or whatever shit out of there... Then water regularly. I'll pm you a great reverse osmosis filter to look into that won't take up too much space and works quite well. I'm sorry for your struggles bro hang in there... And don't lose faith! I wouldn't say you're 'so bad at this'... You're just learning bro... Trichs are easier only in some regards.
And I asked this before, I'll ask this again... How are the temps where you are? What are the lowest they are getting this season so far?
Krat is deciduous and it can be quite scarey when it loses its leaves on ones first season. I'm down south and that day comes a little longer down the line for some of you... But I imagine the more northern, the quicker such a thing could transpire. Just curious... The lows in Indonesia are like 70-75...

I heard humidity tends to be the biggest problem when growing krat is that true?
I mean you can solve the temp problem by just keeping it indoors right?
I'm living in a desert climate so i dont think temp would be my highest concern, humidity might be though.

I'm down south as well in Georgia. It's gotten to 49 this season but I pull them in when that happens and the decline started before those cold fronts. pH is 6.5 so that's good. Guy at the store suggested overwatering. One did go downhill overnight when I put a soil mix with less drainage in so I've added some more perlite. Don't want to flush them if overwatering is the issue but I've got some distilled water so I'll just add that during the week and hope it slowly works out. As for trichs, I've neglected my bridgesii for over a year and they're still kicking
