Jizzmaster, your plants are really thriving! Also, are those a bunch of trichocereus that I spot infront of your mitragynas?

I tried to repot the half dead seedling into a more fine-grained soil. It's probably dead already, but with a lot of luck, maybe it can survive

Very nice kratom plot Jizzmaster!
Sucks to hear about your seedlings Micaele, but I agree with Ferrel, that soil definitely didn't look good.

Here are some of my Red Indo sprouts, about 10 days old

And the half of my tent that's crammed with Rifat seedlings except for a couple of Red Indos in the grey square pot and a small Red Thai you can't really make out on the pic.

I still have 4 or 5 more Rifats outdoor.

Beautiful meangreen! I love the krat dungeon homie :super: yo, bottom left, the heart shaped leafed plant... Is that a hoja Santa or a kava?

Also... Nice strain drop. Indo is a strain I've always wanted to grow. Gl bro.

As to the soil... I do 30% perlite and about 10-15% coco... Sometimes a little more coco. But yeah drainage is an absolute must w krat

Thanks a lot Lipa!
The piper plant is hoja santa indeed, good eyes

Thanks for the tip, haven't tried adding coco to my krat soil because I find coco dries out too fast, but I have a huge brick so I'll try adding some next transplanting day.

I love hoja Santas! That aroma, that aroma! And yeah coco is great just remember to soak and rinse it before doing soil mixes. I've had some ppl say that isn't a huge concern and then others say its absolutely neccesarry (the soak and rinse). In my case, it seems to work better... even if its psychosomatic

Three days ago, after repotting the half-dead seedling into better soil. That seed never recovered. In a splash of annoyance, I decided to take all the pots with seeds that never germinated out to the grow house and give them alot of water, basically just draining them in water letting the water pass the soil. One of the seeds just popped up from the soil. Hopefully one or two more could pop up. The one that just popped up is of the Rifat strain

Keep on trying and doing your best. The Krat Gods will soon shine their light on you.

And man, it happens. I've lost so many kratom clones its not even funny. But typically I learn a thing or two, even if it takes a few times  nevertheless, that was the price of my tuition and I had to pay up. Sucks in the moment but once you nail it, in hindsight, it could emnd up being one of the most potent lessons regarding work w that species (or maybe even greater.  Like a lesson for all gardening/farming).

And kudos growing from seed. I'll say this, Rifat is a very strong and fast growing variety. When it gets to a certain point, it will know what to do. Until then, just keep being a good krat daddy (or krat momma) and, again, one day you'll be touched by the krat light... And then watch out..  Because t ball will get rolling fast from there

Happy growing night owl (or maybe its morning where you are... Idk  ).

Hootie who....

Hootie who.

Did some repotting today. I worked on some of the kratoms while the girlfriend potted the spoils from yesterday's run to cactus king. Bought a few cacti and succulents. She even did the horrible thorny ones.

Badass. Those large pots will pay off once they start getting comfy

I gotta ask, what is the flamboyant tree? Some sort of mimosa or aacia?

Its been a while since I've shared (shit honestly since I poked around my krat garden). We've been having a lot of rain lately. Some of the most I've ever seen... But lately weve had a little bit of sun. Which has been nice (for the garden that is. It's been fucking balls hot for myself). All my troops seem to be holding up and holding out.

I'll start w my hirasuta.  Given as a gift from a good buddy  today was it's graduation to a full sun location. I tucked it in between some other plants though for some shadage:cool:

So I took my first rifat clone off of a new mother. She rooted and I kind of forgot about her... Anyway, the pic sucks, but she's looking good. Minus some caterpillar damage on one of the leaves... Prob time to break out the BT spray again...  Anyway...

Some of the leaves on my bees are getting pretty sexy and large

:excellent:

Here's my ole yellar plant... His gov name is jerry btw

Same plant. Its actually coming around to some degree. But I think he def needs a transplant soon. W out a doubt, that day has come :yesnod:

Here's a span of my youngest plants. Most of them made it in the shot. Its a jungle I know. But they seem to be enjoying each others company

Another of my old seeds has sprouted. One of the Red Vein Thai seeds. So I'm back at two seedlings again!
Lipa Kreepa, your krats looks amazing! How many of them have you got?
