No problem, and I should have asked if you lived in the US or not, because Walmarts are only here as far as I know.
They also grow Lophophora very well,as ferrel stated, but also,a whole host of other plants
I have even done full Cannabis grows with them too, with stellar results!
There goes another one of those situations where you can shell out $100's of dollars on super expensive grow lights,or you can pay a mere $10 dollars and your plants will grow just as well.
Anyway,I don't know much about LED,however, I was thinking of purchasing this,to give it a go,but I don't know if it will plug into a wall socket though.

Oh yeah,I did want a name change because I no longer grow cacti, and my title now is misleading.
I have no paypal,or I would just change it myself.
I wanted to be kannabis.brand.g,a more suitable title, plus keeping my initials

Newest member of the clan. Was able to find a couple of those LOA plug in grow lights that had real good reviews so I'm excited to get that set up and see if I can rescue these guys.

That's how they start Nah but for real i'm optimistic about this light. I got my other guy i thought was dying out in full sun when there was only a few days of warm weather and after it dropped all its old leaves it started shooting out bright green healthy ones. Then a cold spell came through and they turned black... So i think some consistency indoors is going to work some magic. How long should i wait before acclimating this baby rifat to the lamp? I'm thinking i should go ahead and give it a little a day and get him in there soonish? I just repotted him so i don't want to stress it. It's so little i thought i was going to break it getting that damned tape wrap off the packaging
Is it possible to rescue a plant with no leaves? One of mine totally dried up but there's still some green in the middle of the stem. I put it in the lamp room in case so we'll see. Got the lamp maybe 10 inches above. We'll see how that does. How important is humidity when growing in doors? Should i be looking into a fish tank or just give them a little mist now and them and let them be? Sorry for asking so much all the time! haha

Well,I never acclimate any of may plant to changing conditions, and I just put both of mine under fluorescents the first night I got them, then it was out in the sun the next day.
I have been moving mine out on the sunny days, and I move them back in at night.and put them under fluorescents.
On the cloudy days, they get flourescents all day into the night.
They seem to love it!

The cool is starting to push my plants toward dying off. Decided to pick a couple leaves before they travel that road much further

Nice little harvest there man.
Here its about 69f and hasnt done any damage to mine but i think once january hits, it may be a different story. Im hoping the stems get a little more woody by then. If all else fails ill just bring them inside.

Thanks man I hear ya man. I was thinking we'd have a little longer in my town but the last few nights were in the late 50's... So I figured I clip a few branches while they were still relatively green and holding some energy inside them. My plants aren't really getting beat up right now but I know it's coming... If I remember correctly, it came on quick last year. But yeah I'll prob still bring in one or two when it gets real cold.
