The most common info on hirsita i have come across. Althoigh this guy on youtube tried it from the kratom syndicate. Give it watch. I wishbi knew how to enbed but alas i dont.
Your plant looks like it got some cold.
My rifats are growing splendidly and do is the hirsuta. The bumble bee os the one that hasnt done anything. Not dying but not growing. Hopefully that dose of blood meal helps them out.

There's so many types of kratom its giving me a headache lol
Which would you peeps suggest is the best, potency, effect, and growth wise? (from your experience ofc)
Reviews from experiences tend to vary a lot for some reason, could be due to genetics,

I dont know about this. Ive only grown rifat and now bumble bee. And the other of the genus hirsuta. Ive only consumed the rifat.
Now the guy on youtube tries hirsuta and says its more heady and goofylike.
I dont which is more potent. Like say trich is more potent than a pc clone. I dont know if that makes sense. All

Upon further inspection my bumble bee's tip is swollen like it may split tomorrow. It was real skinny for a long time. I think the feeding yesterday helped.

I never let mine get nay cold,as I bring it in every night.
The sun did that when we had a freak hot and humid 85 degree day the other day,I'm sure.

Seems the vendor that sold me my plants sent me infected plants because first I noticed the scales bugs on one of my Bumble b's which I originally didnt think much about until I got curious and researched the symptoms, then I found out what it was. This one has since recovered.
Then the other bumble b has red spots which I didnt think much of either until the new growth on it came out deformed and with the same red spots. I havent researched this much but from the little research I did it seems these might be a bacterial infection
But maybe not because the first set of leaves on the bottom have spots the middle set has no spots and the new set have spots.
It might also be under watering because I read another thread here on the Shroomery where the OP said that when Speciosa gets under watered its leaves will be glossy/shiny and the new leaves are very glossy compared to the older growth.
So I wanted to know if the under watering could have caused the deformed new growth with those red spots?
By the way I was letting the dirt dry out as much as I could to figure out how long they could go before the plant started looking sad and the plant never drooped at all but the new growth came out this way so could this have been the cause?
Does anyone know if red spots are only caused by bacteria?
Also do you guys think these red edges on my Rifat are bacteria?

Good to see your bumblebee popped its cherry finally! Fantastic. I know it can be a bit unnerving waiting through the acclimation period. Lovely hirasu too. I love how delicate the wrinkles and veins looks. Its quite the beautiful species... Keep up the good work brother
And hell yeah Ferrel, your babies are kicking ass. You must be a good krat daddy hey with the bone meal, do you just mix a little along the topsoil or are we talking just in the general mix for making up soils? No no... I'm with thumbprint on this one... I think you're juicing those bad boys with something else... The mysterious secret ingredient on the real though, its looking great

If its underwatered, youll know. The leaves will droop way down until water is added. As abnormal as that looks, to me, it looks very good. Its a case of overanalyzation. You worry too much.
Now letting thw soil dry out is a no no in my experience. I water mine daily. Heavy waterings and heavy feedings. Its a tough plant to kill but yeah, it can be done. I just wouldnt let it go a day maybe 2 at most without water.
Kada posted a pic of kratom trees in habitat under several feet of water. I think it was monsoon season. So they love the water.

And that's awesome about the old bee tree! I has Faith he'd eventually quit dicking around and get to work... But yeah I dunno why... It's not the case with all clones... But some just shut down and go into krat limbo for a while and don't do much of anything... Kind of like me when I was in my twenties

Night bro.
Here's a tip from a clown like me... So when you're taking clones... Its wise not to dig up the thing and check because 'well its been a while and there should be something by now... I gotta know!" Sometimes well this eager move ends alright... Other times it ain't so great. Had a clone in a moisture dome for over two months. I had to know! Well it didn't take much to snap off the tiny little root that had formed. Yeah. So again, take it from an over eager shmuck like me... Wait until it's crystal clear that it took. Like the tip opening up or actually seeing some roots poking through the bottom of the pot... One reason I like net pots. Anyway... You've been warned

I dont doubt this. When i pulled out the plant of the box it had roots. It was just stalled out. I never got in a hurry because i knew it had roots. I knew that it eventually it would grow.
Here it is.

Looks good doesnt it?

So my RVT is finally bouncing back. I still am not certain what fucked it over as bad as it did... But I'm leaning toward the horrible ferrel cats around my house using it As a litterbox. When I first got him, growth was fast, lush, and comforting to see unfold. The leaves were a lovely shade of green with nice red veins that were pronounced in the entire underside of each leafs "circulatory system "... Then it straight up stalled out, the top leaves went chlorotic and began yellowing bad. I was so freaked out. Esp since there's a very good chance its an irreplaceable species for me... Given the uncertainty of the culture atm. One day I saw a cat squatting in it! I ran her off like a lunatic, handled some shit, came back and saw the same cat doing it again from there on I lost all patience for those cats and the next day I built a net wall around part of my garden. Since then I've moved him to the sunnyer part of the yard, and made a point to water very well at night.. In hope to flush/leech out any toxins from the soil that might've evaded it... A fucking caterpillar even decided to tear up the few remaining leaves that are left on the plant! wtf ehh? so I kind of " gave it to God" and quit worrying so much. What happens is what happens is my new attitude... And low and behold, the tip finally opened up for a fresh set of leaves not only that but some innernodes finally started to come in along the bottom. Now I'm not fucking around. I have a screen wrapped all the way around the pot and its basically fenced in with a bunch of other plants. Once an innernode gets biug enough and the tip recovers for three leaf sets I'm taking a clone or two. I don't wanna count my chickens sort of speak but its looking like it's on the up..... Finally! Praise the krat angels !!!
Pics suck... But hopefully y'all will see what I'm talking about some
