Yeah I'm seeing plenty of difference in redness vs greenness in my varieties and it doesn't seem to be coupled to the variety as much as conditions as far as I can tell.
So I would not focus on the color too much..

Hello, I'm just starting with kratom. I've got one Thai Rifat plant that now has well established roots and is actively growing, and a ziploc full of Bumblebee kratom seeds (been about a week and no sprouts as of yet). It's not easy to find the plants in Canada so I may try selling cuttings in the future some time. Good luck to all with your growing

Makes sense, the red really became more pronounced once I put the plants under LEDs. Although as you can see only one of the plants is red. Again one of these is supposed to be rifat and the other BB but not sure which is which. I have seeds from an extra lg seed pod that I have been told is "elephant" from Cambodia. Pretty excited to see what grows

Thanks man!
Yes they are all different Bumblebee. I had to name them 1-6 so I could keep up with them.
Then my lone Rifat!

I'm getting some really nice fall colors on my Red Indo seedlings, this one especially. The powder would probably be purple if I was to harvest those now haha

Is that caused by cold temps? Mine only got droopy when cold but above freezing.

I do think the cold temps helped it, it's not that cold yet here though, never dropped below 12°C so far.
It's always been a particularly red one though, there's a pic from last year:

It's been about 10 days and I'm not seeing any signs of germination for my bumbleebee kratom seeds, should I be worried? I've got them in a sealed ziploc, surface sown on moist soil. No mold or fuzziness at least, but not a whole lot going on. There's always the chance the seeds are just not viable anymore I guess

Mine aren't the Pink Vein Indo clone, I grew them from seeds that came from the Kalimantan area in Indonesia.
