Some pics would help. Lets diagnose thw problem.
How log has it been since the transfer? They do take some time to recover.

Did a few transfers due to poor drainage. The last one was over a week ago. They look the same as in the last pics except with fewer leaves. One has no leaves at all. Don't have time to upload another right now but basically just browning at the tips and curling upward and then falling off

Maybe just shock. Hopefully it is just shock. One of my rifat's main growing point is curled down too. I think its the odd weather here. Not cold at all but maybe its adjusting. Dont want to jinx it but its alright for now.

I thought it was just shock, but before my last transfer i left them a while and they just kept going down. I'll keep my fingers crossed they bounce back. I'm tempted to buy another though with the winter i don't know how that'll go. Would an indoor setup be harder you think? Or easier due to the stable conditions? And is there any opinion on whether rifat or bumble bee are easier to grow? Or which i should get? I'm looking at a different source this time so I'm not sure the difference there. I'm determined to have big beautiful leaves like that though

So my Rifat I got a few weeks ago has been very pale since I got her, yellowish in color, and very slow growth.
I dont think this is too much to worry about but now the thing that is bugging a little is that the edges around the tips of the leaves are turning redish.
Other than that it looks okay.
Anyone have any idea what this might be?
Here is the pic from when I first got it and Ill try to post a pic of these red edges but Im afraid my old camera does not capture with enough pixels for you guys to see what Im talking about. Ill try when the battery is charged. But hopefully someone will know whats wrong without seeing the pics of the red edges.

The Rifat is the small pale one with the small leaves.
Like I said I will try and get some new pics but just so you guys know Ive picked a few leaves since these first pics I took and I have also re potted than since then.
Please help and thanks in advance.

I keep the temps above 70 and always have it watered in some good potting soil. I also have it in high humidity. It seems nice and healthy. I heard some people have problems when they use water or soil with a fucked up PH . I use well water.

I guess hirsuta is just bigger than speciosa. They say you need more of hirsuta for effects but that wont be very hard with leaves that big.

Okay Pham I see no one can tell what Im talking about without pictures.
I finally got around to taking pictures.
As you can see the the leaves are very pale(very light yellowish green) and the edges of the leaves are redish even the little new growth's tips are redish does anyone have any idea why they are so pale and why their turning redish at the edges?
Besides that this little Rifat is growing extremely slow compared to the 2 bumble bs.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Try some blood meal and/or coffee grounds. Acidifies the soil and they green right up. Good luck man.

I'm finding this plant to be very picky, and it's reminiscent of the time I tried growing Salvia
Well,it's not nearly as difficult, but,it's not an easy one,to grow, and that is for sure.
My little bumblebee totally stopped growing, and as a matter of fact has not grown an inch since I acquired it.
My Hirsuta, looks pretty well, but the leaves are kind of sun burnt and they are growing out malformed.
This is definitely not a plant for beginners,or a person without a green thumb

On second inspection,I was a little harsh on them, and they don't look as bad as I stated!
The little bumblebee has a fresh new set of leaves protruding from the tip that weren't there yesterday, and the hirsuta only has slight sunburn and curling of the leaves.
There is also a ton of lower side branching going on that you can't see in the pic on Richelle
These should prove to be prime cuts for clones, once they grow out more

I don't think Hirsuta is any less potent than Speciosa,by the way.
It's just as expensive,as Speciosa, that is for sure!
And I found a little info on it...
Mitragyna hirsuta is a tall tree found in parts of Cambodia, Thailand and Vietnam. It’s closely related to Mitragyna speciosa and the leaves have similar paradoxical effects: both stimulating and sedative at the same time.
In Thailand it’s called kra thum khok and the leaves are chewed, sometimes together with betel nuts (Areca catechu), or brewed with hot water. The plant contains a number of alkaloids but the main active constituent in Mitragyna hirsuta is Mitraphylline, which is chemically related to mitragynine and 7-hydroxymitragynine found in M. speciosa.
The effects are simultaneously stimulating and sedating, noticeable quite quickly and lasting up to several hours.
The average dosage of Mitragyna hirsuta is 20 grams. Make a tea and let it steep for 30 minutes. Slowly drink it over the course of the next 30 minutes.
