I.D. Help (Mycology Knowledge)

Hey there! Newbie hunter, been a few times and have found several cubes and one Pan Subb. However I know this first species is not active and as for the other I am pretty positive it is not either. I am just hoping somebody can help me identify these mushrooms to increase my general knowledge in mycology as I have developed a deeper interest in it lately.
MUSHROOM #1 This species was found growing all over my yard in grass. They have thin, cone shaped caps with tan-brownish tips and the stems are fragile and hollow.

MUSHROOM #2 This species I suspected may have been gymnopilus aeruginosus however, I quickly doubted it more and more. Species was found growing in dirt with mulched and dead wood all throughout it next to where we used to have a tree stump until I chopped it apart with an axe and finished it off with chainsaw. Stem and cap both are very slimy and thick. Gills are whitish and pressed closely together. Both also had the little black spots on top of cap.

Also, the first species has a light brownish, cinnamon print while the second one still has not produced a print so I am going to make a guess the spores are white.

Sorry if I broke any rules or did something wrong, this is my first post lol Any help would be greatly appreciated and thank you!

Thank you, I see them around my neighborhood a good bit but never really paid attention to them, good to know what they're actually called now. So nobody knows what the second mushroom is?

I can tell you it's not a Gymnopilus, if that helps. If it helps further I can also tell you that it's not psychoactive.
I don't know what it is, mind you.

Yeah I figured it wasn't once I picked it, just wanted to be completely sure and see if I couldn't learn more. Thanks for your response though! I just recently learned about the Gymnopilus and I'm still researching them. I'll go on and throw those other ones out and get ready to go out to my friend's pasture in a bit. Wish me luck lol
