No dude. Go do some reading and stop giving out false information.

I'm calling you out.

Show me that reverse tolerance has been proved scientifically.

Show me that salvia is effective on every person.

Show me that the evaporating point is low enough to get the most out of it with a regular lighter.

And I will bow down in shame and eat my own hat. I'm willing to accept my mistakes, as long as they are mistakes.

Again I did salvia dozens of times, what you're saying is mostly correct, but you should get some reading yourself, without insulting..

https://erowid.org/ask/ask.php?ID=3139
"I found that the ideal airstream temperature for vaporizing salvinorin A from dried leaves is approximately 277° C."

277°C is 530°F

I can find no conclusive source on the temperature of a normal lighter flame but the lowest possible temperature at which butane burns, is 761°F and the highest possible temperature in air is 3578°F
http://www.enlink.com/assets/documents/material_safety_data_sheets/butane_safety.pdf
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adiabatic_flame_temperature

Both well above the "ideal airstream temperature for vaporizing salvinorin A."

As for the reverse tolerance. It's never been studied and published in any kind of scientific publication, but even just a cursory search will show you the huge number of people who have reported this effect.

And the final piece of information isn't something that I can provide a source against because that's not how it works. You stated that "On 10% or so of the total humans salvia will not work or will be very ineffective in regular doses." So you need to provide the source for that statement.

I know a bic lighter will work, the combustion of a torch will just ease on the time of inhaling and heating, make you inevitably to take on more salvinorin a.

"Approximately 10% of people are unusually insensitive to salvinorin A. Most of these people can achieve a satisfactory level of effects by using a higher than average dose. Some people require a dose several times higher than average. Be very cautious when experimenting with higher than average doses. "

I think you posted the wrong link. That quote does not occur on that page.

Sorry for that one man

http://www.sagewisdom.org/faq.html#Section 6

"An ordinary lighter or match is quite hot enough to vaporize salvinorin A and should be quite adequate for smoking salvinorin A fortified leaf products. An extra hot flame, such as that produced by a micro-torch, will simply cause more rapid vaporization and combustion. This can be an advantage when smoking plain Salvia divinorum leaves, because it is usually necessary to smoke a relatively large amount of leaf in a short amount time to achieve strong effects."

Also I would like to say I picked up my words a bit wrong and that's why I came a bit confusing maybe.

OP@ that site which I put here 'sagewisdom' has everything you need to know in it about salvia and has been a great tool for me when I started my journey with it.

The best way I ever did it, and this was about 8 years ago, was in a waterfall. I do t know what you guys call it over there.

Basically you get a big plastic bottle, put a hole in the bottom, put foil with small holes in over the top, put your salvia in there, fill bottle with water and light allowing the water out the bottom of the bottle sucking in the smoke from your burning salvia and inhale when full.

I did this with x10 and went fucking nuts, completely lost myself and tried to crawl through a closed window so yes be careful.

I also agree that it doesn't effect everyone, a lot of my friends think it does nothing to them but to me it sends me to the fucking moon!!

Thanks for answers! I will start slowly and smoke more if one dose is not enough. I have done shrooms and acid many times but this one, i want to take it slow. But if its intense at first time, all i can do is get ready for it! Should i put some music playing for trip?

Bro you're tripping I smoke plain salvia leaf everyday and I use a bic lighter.

A bic flame Burns at over 500 degrees ferenhoet it's plenty hot enough to activate salvinorum.

I'm sorry but that just isn't true. I love Daniel siebert but it's false. I get plenty out of just plain leaf with a bic.

A match Burns almost half as hot as a bic so a match wouldn't be appropriate.
