Just found in Puget Sound - ID Help ?
    #23683978 - 09/27/16 05:57 PM (7 years, 4 months ago)

Habitat:
Was growing in a park close to city conditions in the South Rainier Valley area of WA. Grew out of wood chips/bark.

Gills:
Gills looked white when young, then darker for the mature ones (if these are the same species)

Stem:
Thick white stem

Cap:
Check photos

Hope this is enough! Sorry, was in a bit of a rush when I found them. Already fairly certain they weren't active but would love to know what they are!

Thanks! Yeah, the redness of the caps I'm seeing in photos online certainly matches up with what I saw.

Is Leratiomyces ceres known to grow in similar conditions to any psilocybin species? I'm planning to visit again in a week or two.. and the beds looked fairly ideal for cyans
