Just went picking and found a bunch of these can anyone tell me if these are panaeolus subbalteatus if not can anyone tell if they are poisonous ect thanks for your time :smile:

You are going to have to spore print to distinguish them from p.foenisecii. but wait for an expert.

First throw out all that have the same gill color as the one on the far right of the 5th pic, then spore print what's left.

Yep, spore print the rest and post a pic. A trusted identifier will probably jump in at that point. Don't eat any until someone confirMs, but quite a few look promising.

if everyone of them aint subbs n print black id be surprised even the lighter ones, gills are cream, brown then turn black

spore print should be jet black, darker than the mature gills which is more of a soot colour

Gills and print are most important for these. Using a sharpie helps for reference on whether or not they are black enough.
