Starting a psychedelic commune

I'd love to start a psychedelic commune and move out to the desert like rural Arizona or Nevada. Start a little tent city and use psychedelics to communicate with entities and to gain meaningful personal insight. Maybe put an UFO spin to it all. Sit in a drum circle while passing around the pipe taking fat hits of DMT while meditating on thoughts of UFOs and ET, in an attempt to make contact.
We'd be one big weird family, just like the Manson family minus the murders and stuff of course.

I already got one. We all work and fit in with society, more or less. But once or twice a year the beacons get lit, and then our brains get lit, too.

Just find some friends who share your interests and you can form a Turtletotem-style secret society, too!
Step 1: The friends. Guys who want to trip every once in a while are a must.
Step 2: Aquire enough for everybody. I'm talking about shrooms.
Step 3: Doing the Thing Pick a date when the weather is good, go to a forest or something, build a campsite, and trip your balls off.
Repeat these steps once or twice a year for the rest of your life and you're good.

I have these friends. 3 of them. but they are in a different country from me. Just gotta work hard until like june and I'll go back to the people who really get me. Even if ur friends aren't into psychs if they get the experience and accept u then its cool.

Nah, we'd hitch rides into town and spange for a little cash to eat at to a bunch of big macs at macdonalds. afterwards we'd all go to the bathroom and smoke some dmt before retreating back to our camp.
as for women, there will be loads of dirty new age mellineal types downto fuck

No. The "hippies" and their idealism would have worked if the whole entire planet did it, but that will NEVER happen, too many fuckfaces that get greedy and whatnot ruining it for everyone else.

i have whats your point
its takes very specific people for a commune to work. very self sufficient hard working people
a shroomery commune would collapse in a matter of days, with sheekle being abducted by aliens and CrystalG ODing on crack and we'd end up burrying her in the desert and calling it quits

I know, it seems like it is for only a very specific mindset/person (and a certain age bracket(s)) for sure. Everyone has to be on the same level for it to completely work. I am spoiled by my amenities/comfort. I could never go do something like that after having the extreme comfort I have. I might camp a time or 2 a year and I get a cabin 99.9% of the time. I could never "rough it" (don't want to anyway, I could if I absolutely had to with no other choice). I really can't see 70+ year old people being out in one with no ac/heat, med care, etc...

So a bunch of hippies could have 'made it work' if the whole world went along with their ideas? Thats ridiculous.

I know, because everyone doesn't think/have the same ideas as one another, it would be ridiculous to think so.
