What mushroom on wood?

found this mushroom on my wood pile. What is it ? It was growing on wood

Second one is most likely a Morel of some kind. Not for certain, as I'm kind of new to identification, maybe Morchella conica or Morchella angusticeps?

Does not seem like the right time of year for morels.

Yeah, I didn't think it was the right time of year as well, but maybe it just happened to be an out of season growth?
