Bacterial trays...

not a pro. But i believe my 2 trays got super bacterial. All my stuff has been in a hot ass closet. Monos seem to be doing great. (Last picture), but the trays in my 2 sgfc seem to be taking another route. Lookin for advice on a salvage plan? Already got them out of the closet, but they still seem pissed. Thanks in advance guys. Edit: ok the monos may not be doing "great", but I started from MS, and they lookin way better than any pf cake I ever did.

Why do you think they are bacterial? Do they smell?
and did you case those trays or did they fruit uncolonized?

No smell. But all the pins are turning black, the fruits that are growing the caps are turning black and cracking. I did case them after the sub was fully colonized, but didn't wait for the casing to colonize. The reason I thought they were bacterial is because there is no smell, but the areas of the casing that have colonized, have a vague very light purple color to them. They just look sickly. Any chance to save em? Also wondering about my tubs if ya have a minute. Woke up this morning and veils starting to break, but there's only about 5 mature fruits, I plan to clone, but there's hundreds of pins still, can I just pull the ones that are ready and let the rest finish? Tganks

Not misting pins is advice from an era before people realized fresh air was best things mushrooms could have.
What would happen is, in those choke chambers people liked to use, if you misted directly, bacterial blotch was a near guarantee. There simply wasn't enough fresh air for droplets of water to evaporate. You won't see a lot of really healthy looking cube grows from that time period. As long as you're growing by today's standards you can and should mist the fruits and substrate directly.
