Maybe a nutrient deficiency, or a sleeping issue, or the drugs you're doing, not enough water, or a combo of all of them. Probably not fluoride.

Bipolar has highs of happiness that can last for two years even while the depression CAN hit again suddenly but it's not the same kind as you got over before, it's more like blue xtc songs representing my next high:
its a blue happiness, stormy and snowy

I'm bipolar as fuck. I don't take any medicine either.
I can get extremely angry or bitter one moment and be whistling and shit a moment later. Even the people I work with comment on it.
It definitely comes with depression too.

i seriously hope not. i pretty much check every box in the groups at risk.
Also, to the lad that said it's not flouride. that may be, but i seriously think its something in our water supply and some tests have verified that there was antideppressants and xenestrogens in some tap.

elaborate?Quote:

this is pretty spot on and i am going to address these issues and see if i improve.
it's not just me though and there are studies out there about flouride
Israel actually banned it from being added in their water supply a few years back.
they recently, after a new person was elected and promised to re-introduce flouride, put it back in the water supply under the guise of dental benefits for the population.
Understandably, this upset alot of folks in Israel but at the same time many were in support of the decision.
The thing is, the dental benifits come from topical application and there is no reason to be consuming flouride.

i can see that.
working on fixing my dietQuote:

bottled water has xenestrogens.
In fact xenestrogens are a huge issue and are probably why so many men have become emasculated.
It's kind of depressing that i have to go to extra lengths just to not be consuming certain chemicals.
why can't our water just be water? whether you believe flouride is good or not, why can't people have a choice over whether or not they want it in their tap?
As far as the drugs, i know they don't help(except when im on them) but these issues are widespread amongst the population and are becoming more prevalent. there is something affecting the people and i don't know if it's on purpose but it's not just me.

i believe so too. the biggest culprit IMO is xenestrogens and it makes sense to use those to pacify your male population. Now they have loons indocrinating kids in college with strange and unrealistic ideas. What with the pronouns and micro aggressions and so much other shit that are pretty much non-issues that don't warrant taking up time in a classroon.
the most alarming thing to me is the concept of "toxic masculinity". Especially in a time where we NEED men to act like men again. I really do believe that there is a organized plan to pacify the populous and the biggest threat is Men with lots of testosterone. Look at the transgender issue and how all of a sudden there's a bunch of men wanting to be submissive, dress in girls clothes and even alter their own bodies.
Now i have nothing against them but the prevalence and rising amount of instances,in my opinion, are a result of the xenestrogens that are in our plastics and canned foods and so many more places.
"The Story of Stuff" by Some lady i can't remember, does a great job of explaining just how many chemicals we are exposed to in our everyday lives and what they do to us. From shower curtains to pillows, you'd be suprised how many toxins(and dioxins) we are exposed to.

i reccomend this book. its very factual and doesn't delve into conspiracies or anything that isn't verified like i tend to do.
