Treasure Coast Grow Log

Hey all! Someone I know is a first time grower and has a grow log and few questions for fellow mycologists. Here we have some (alleged) Treasure Coast strain BRF cakes:

And some in the fruiting chamber. Conditions are as follows: Ambient humidity about 50% Fruiting chamber humidity about 80%-90% depending on the accuracy of my hydrogymeter Brown Rice Flour substrate Misted every day as well as a humdifier on misting mode for 12 hrs/day Flouresecent 6500K color temp. light on for 12 hrs/day
Now here are my main concerns. I am noticing some light blue coloration at the base of the fruits. This is normal bruising correct? If it is, why is bruising occurring even if the mushroom hasn't been handled at all? I just want to be sure this is normal and not mold contamination. See the pics below.

EDIT: I am also concerned about the bluish area at the base of the stem, as seen in the pictures above. Normal bruising, not mold, right?
Also I'm noticing that there seems to be a bluish/dark grey area under the cap of the largest mushroom. This seems characteristic of the Treasure Coast strain to have a dark grey cape under the cap like this. Is that correct?

The color under the cap is just from the veil breaking maybe a tiny bit of spores also the base is either from being dry or too wet i believe it can be both?? They look good man my tc never fruited and i think my syringe is dirty now sux

the bluing happens, you dont need to handle it for oxidization to happen, so youre good there..
the greying or darkening of the veil could be spores dropped early.. it looks good though, keep up the routine and that baby should look fabulous in the morning.

Alright so I am good to go with this grow. And the bluing is caused by oxidation? Interesting I didn't know that. Also, how big should the fruits be when I harvest?
