So back to the original question. Is there anything I can do to salvage this or am I best to trash this ASAP?

Thanks for the link. By deduction, I'll assume inoculation from syringes is never the way to go?

I defo get it out of the house I'm not to familiar with wet bubble. But I never bin anything unless its gone, I stick things out the way where they can't spread to my house like in the garden or garage and let them do their thing, hope for a flush. Syringes are dirty Pf cakes can get away with it most of the time, bulk sub's aren't as forgiving

Update. So, I moved the monotub outside and the Mycogone pretty much nuked the entire run. Pins formed, fruit started and then after a couple inches of growth the fruit started doing 'weird' things and then all fruit production came to a screeching halt.
Next question. Sterilize and reuse the tub or trash it for safety sake?

You can't sterilize a tub. Disinfect it with some sanitizer and wash it out with soapy water like dishes.
