How do these look? I'm afraid they might need to go into the trash

Hi Guys,
First off I want to thank you all for having some great info on this site and making things so easy to follow! This is my go to site and I wouldn't have been able to make it as far as I have without you guys!
I've noticed some yellowing on some of my jars and one jar I see what looks like some greenish/bluing under the mycelia. I have some jars that are about ready to water shock then fruit, but before I go and do that I want to make sure that none of the others will screw up my whole batch. Please let me know what you guys think about the photos and if there is something I can do to make sure that the possible contamination doesn't spread.

Yellow ones are metabolites due to bacteria, and blue ones are bruising.
No need toss though, keep them and fruit them if they fully colonize (and consolidate)

Thank you so much!!! If I feel that I have a few jars that have stalled, what could I do to get them to start growing again? Do you have any tips on how I could get the top to colonize better? I have a few jars that are fully done, except for the top.

The top? You mean the vermiculite layer?
If so, you don't need the vermiculite layer to colonize, it's not nutritious and serves as a protective layer only. You're supposed to wash it off after birthing/before dunking.
If not, there's nothing you can do to help jars colonize faster; except for making sure all conditions are ideal, i.e. having filtered holes on top of jar lids to provide GE (not covered with foil) and having the right temperature.
Other than that, leave them alone.
