I'm in Shroomism.

I've left America, not for Canada but for France. It was a good thing for me. I think I was starting to get infected with all the people's "craziness".

I don't mean to be a "party-pooper", but the fact that we are so few to understand that this world needs a physical and spiritual revolution shows that America is not ready for such a thing. Perhaps money might be too concerning to be able to think about anyhting else.
Does America have any lead singers or singing groups that actually talk abt such things?
I've noticed here that artists are getting concerned with social changes. I went to this concert named "notice of social K.O.", with the most famous of the groups that sang there, a group called Tryo, with lyrics such as "prepare for a fight, we're gonna make ourselves a reason, stop taking us for stupids, we're gonna do the revolution", or "people of the Occident, wake up! wake up!", and all of their songs are based on this wake up call, and they are getting much success and recognition amoung us new generation.
Is there anything like that in the US that could prove that Americans aren't that far back behind in terms of progression of the mind? Maybe this movement needs a lead singer, every movement needs a leader.

But ya, start from small, build things up, get ppl to know our actions, then if the world is ready, the word will go from mouth to mouth, and the little spark that is being started in this forum might just start a great curing fire. :sun:

May I add a couple quotes on the subject of Revolution by Paul Nizan to get us all motivated:

"The Revolution never passed off"

"The individual will bloom only when the conditions of capitalist solitude will be abolished."

"The Revolution...everything that isn't her is worst than her, it has got to be said, even if you are disgusted of it..."

"It is the rulers of men that we need to fight against and take down. The beautiful knowledges will come after this war."

there is no revolution.
there is only evolution.
that is, if you are actually interested in sustainable progress.
this is the lesson of the 20th century.

the key to this evolve to revolt is through dual power

the only way you can beat someone is to not be afraid to die,and to die peacefully,a goverment wouldn't work if it was it was killing its people, especially its youth.even though the draft has been banned,it will come into effect soon, there will be a war.The best way to fight is be make the government weak, yes some of us will die,but its only life, reincarnation will bring you new life.I would rather die a slave than be a slave owner! If the youth of this country fight the government this way,we will be free no matter what.Liberation in death or victory.
Everyone's idea of peace is diffrent.I don't know why,but meat-eaters consider farming to be non-violent,i have no idea why, mmaybe they are misinformed.Any act of violence to stepping on a bug, yelling in traffic, and eating meat are ways of violence and non-peace.I may get flamed for this, and the way i see it,anyone who argues i am wrong, though you are intitled to opinion, are agiainst the movement. We can not move with ignorance, peace to all life(yes including plants, even though they are our main source of food, lets treat them nicer with out pesticides or any pollution). Our government is becomeing weaker and is getting scared. The time to act is very soon. The only problem in our way is the past generations.Their children and grandchildren will enter a non-violent fight.Who knows, maybe outof desperation for their childrens lives they will side with us.But the older generations as a whole are more ignorant(though its not their fault, and i said as a whole, not all.),and may cause hostilltiy towards the movement. We are many in numbers but few in members. There is no membership, but not many are dedicated or formed, including myself. The internet is a strong point in this movment but also the downfall,no matter what we are monitored some how. Those in the movement i will meet me you all someday. For now on,spread the message of non violence. We will get violent at the end.

The kind of change most of us envision will not come about through violence.

We need to be the change we seek otherwise our methods will create a karma boomerang and an unending cycle of violence which sure seems a lot like what we have right now.

Annnnnnd I had a light saber and my friend was there and I said "you look like an indian" and he said "you look like satan" and he found a stick and a rock and he named the rock ooga booga and he named the stick Stick and we both thought that was pretty funny. We got eaten alive by mosquitos but didn't notice til the next day. I stepped on some glass while wading in the swamp and cut my foot open, didn't bother me til the next day either....yeah it was a good time, ended the night by buying some liquor for minors and drinking nips and going to he diner and eating chicken fingers, and then I went home and went to bed.
