Outdoor Grow (are these the B+?)

someone i know crumbled a cpl of B+ cakes and buried them in soil behind a fence. forgot all about them, and a bunch of weeks later found these growing in the very spot.  Are these B+? if so, do they look healthy or should they be tossed?

Yeah, those are cubes, they look a little past their prime but are probably fine
