dont wipe your caps with iso, and if you're not printing on foil you need to sterilize/sanitize your jars first.
ofc I'm sterilizing jars before. why shouldn't I wipe with iso?

O.o you're sterilizing jars and wiping caps down with iso? Wouldn't the easier option be to just have them printing in your SAB? No alcohol or PCs necessary.
As to why you shouldn't have iso on your caps. I'd say it's because of the reasons stated above on why you shouldn't have a jar over them. Alcohol evaporates hella quickly. It could saturate the air in the glass. It would make for a soggy cap in that situation.
I much prefer just printing for 24 hours in a sab. After 24 hours they're shrivelled and basically half dried anyway. Nice thick dark prints under them shrivelled caps, and then you let the prints dry in your SAB for another 24 hours. Very few contaminations survive the 24 hour print drying.

I take a print for a few hours. Move it to a new foil. I figure the first one is more contaminate prone the second one is good for trades.
Never had a problem not doing a bunch of dumb extra shit to take prints like tearing veils or that crap.

That's a pretty good idea.
