Habitat: Growing in shady areas under oak trees dropping acorns currently. Growing in Grass next to mulch bed edges in shady parts of property. We got 2 weeks of rain which ended last week.
Gills: Dark purplish brown, not attached,
Stem:2 to 3", diameter 3/8", color off white, fibrous and hollow,
Cap: Diameter 1", off white, golden center,
Spore print color: dark purple brown to black Very important!
Bruising: 20min. Broke stem turned a bright blue color only in a part of break. I picked the mushrooms 5pm. And didn't know how to store them, the caps I did spore prints with turned black and mushy in about 15hrs.

Here is picture of a patch in same lawn. But these were all smaller. A little more bluish tint to the cap around the margin with the golden center. Do they look like panaeolus cyans?

The first batch are a Conocybe sp. (C. apala?) The second group is some sort of coprinoid mushroom (maybe parasola sp.). http://www.mushroomexpert.com/coprinoid.html

Are either of them magical? There's white webbed spawn in the ground where the second batch of mushrooms are growing. If they are magical can that spawn be used to inoculate substrate in jars?

You have Coprinellus, possibly Parasola, and what looks like a Russula (top photo right top corner).

Thanks for the responses. I'm still unsure if they contain psychoactive chemicals. Here's some more pics of the bigger ones.
