Def. worth noccing up still if you have plenty of inoculant.

I do 2.5 hours, but use the small bags. Probably half as big as those bags with about 1.75 quarts of substrate in each.

I use large bags with about 5 quarts of spawn, and always sterilize for 4 hours. I cheat though. I have my 25x plugged into a countdown timer and just set it for 4 hours once it gets up to pressure, then go to bed.
