Habitat: Where does it grow? Eg. woods, pasture, state, province, country, altitude, etc. What does it grow on? Eg. soil, dung, wood (dead, living, what kind of wood?), etc.
Decaying log
Gills: Color, attached/not, gills/pores, etc.
Gills are brown and not attached
Stem: Length, diameter, color, texture, hollow/solid, thin/thick, etc.
2-2.5 inches, brown but white-blue at the end of stipe
Cap: Diameter, color, texture, conical/spherical, convex/concave, etc.
1.5- 2 " rusty to orange concave and wavy
Spore print color: Very important!
Dark brown to black more so black
Bruising: Color that the mushroom bruises, if any.
Appears green-blue-brown-purple
Other information: Scent of the mushroom, anything else you think is important, large close-up pictures showing stem, cap and gills.
Smell is of woods.

Got these little orange ones too!

Most, if not all? species of Psilocybe have purple spores. Those have brownish spores.

Its kind of hard to judge the spore color form the 5th pic, the deposit is too light. Toad Coggs should leave his specimens to print longer, however you can see the spore color on the pileus on one of the specimens in the 2nd pic where it looks like a very dense brown print.

Yep I noticed that after my post. Turns out according to Wikipedia there is a species of Psilocybe with rusty brown spores. Any idea which?

That is not correct. All Psilocybe species have purple/brown to purple/black spores.

Wikipedia is notorious for bad mushroom info, im not surprised...
Here's the quote:
"Macroscopically, they are characterized by their small to occasionally medium size, brown to yellow-brown coloration, with a typically hygrophanous cap, and a spore print-color that ranges from lilac-brown to dark purple-brown (though rusty-brown colored varieties are known in at least one species).[5]"
""[5]Paye Y. (2003). Genesis of the PF Redspore psilocybe. Erowid.org.""
Erowid as a source so also sketchy lol.

Actually it may be on to something, If you check the erowid source its quite in depth and also an interesting read.

I guess there are some mutations that have oddly colored spores, there are some examples in the cultivation forum for Psilocybe cubensis at least. Its not typical by any means though.

I wouldve guessed actives. looks like a purple print on the cap the stipes look woody and bruising blue and the gills are right. Shows what I know I suppose.

Thanks everyone for the info, in the second picture (and while growing) I noticed the mushroom growing above this one in pic 2 was dropping spores on this one (same species but decomposing slightly didn't pic) the think that caught my eye was the purple brown spores to begin with.
