Can anyone vet my fruiting chamber plan?

Hi there Shroomers;
I've been interested in cultivation for a while now, but I haven't been growing for the last few years, however, I have a little spare time this year, so I'm going to get back into it again. A few years ago I was growing Albino A+. I tried a few different teks, but I found I had the best success with rye berries. Fortunately, one of my buddies continued to cultivate my 'shrooms and there are still some spore prints available, so I'm going to restart work on the project this weekend, but I want to do it better.
My main problems last time were contamination, jar moisture, and fruiting chamber fanning/humidity. I plan to rectify these problems by using dryer grains, tyvek covers, adding an incubator to my procedure, and cloning on agar after my first harvest.
Essentially, I'll be following Magash's Rye Bitches tek. The only difference is I don't want to muck around with greenhouses, as I don't have the space and I want something easier to clean. My plan is to build a controlled humidity/fresh air environment in 1-3 large rubbermaid tubs with transparent lids, then put 3-4 small casing trays in each tub (with 2 jars of spawn in each). Basically, I was going to punch some holes in each tub, fill with polyfil, then connect all the tubs to one ultrasonic, and add an aquarium air pump to each tub to pump air in, forcing exhaust air out through the polyfil holes.
Does this make sense? Can I expect to get good humidity with 2-3 tubs connected to one ultrasonic? Is an aquarium air pump (the kind that is usually used for fish tank bubbles) right for this, or should I use a fan of some sort? Would I be better off just building a greenhouse or something?

Why not just do monotubs? They're self-sufficient and easy to clean.

Simply put, you need to forget everything you think you know about mushrooms.
Read up on the teks. If you want to do BRF cakes, build an SGFC. If you want to do grain spawn to bulk, make a monotub.
This talk about incubators and ultrasonics is not only unnecessary, it's not really that complicated to grow mushrooms. Box with holes. Nutrients. Humidity, water, and fresh air.
What was that other thing? Oh right. Patience.

Also, if you're new and your posts contain the words: Humidifer, incubator, air-stone, or heater, then you need to read and UTFSE before asking people to review your setup. OR... You should be cultivating reptiles and fish, not mushrooms.

OK so I'll take your words for it and just make a traditional monotub. I kind of wanted to find a way around fanning and misting, but I guess that's unnecessary. To be honest, I just enjoy building fancy apparatuses.
The last time I did this, I had good success with my monotub. The main problem was getting enough spawn. I had issues with contamination and my jars took forever to colonize. The best success rate I had on my jars was 50 or 60% and that was after trying 3 or 4 different substrates. I found rye berries to be the best though.
The main improvement I want to focus on is cloning on agar after my first successful harvest. I've got a bunch of agar and petri dishes and a nice autoclave, so I think I'm good to go on that part.

You don't need an incubator for mycology... In fact in most cases it is counter productive also.

why is the incubator for the jars counterproductive?
Can anyone point me towards a guide that includes more info on using an innoculating loop? I've got a spore print, malt extract agar, petri dishes, and an autoclave.

Just do a search on incubation and you'll find 20 from within the last week.....sigh.
Flame sterilize the loop and rub the loop part in some spores. Touch the plate with the loop.....and you're done. No tek required. If you want some videos go to YouTube and look up inoculation loop microbiology.
