wheat grain jars contaminated or ok ?

Hello,
Here are my jars. They have been colonizing very slowly, but that might be because my house has been really warm for the last few months. they dont seem to completely colonize from the bottom of the jars, and few of them just half of the jar.. heres pics:

Very bacterial indeed.

I had jars that look like those (maybe a bit better) and it smelled really bad when I opened them. Now they're colonizing a monotub (day 3) with no problem until now (fingers crossed).
If they fully colonize I'd consider fruiting them in-vitro with maybe applying a casing layer of verm or if you really want to take risk and spawn it to bulk, keep your ratio 1:1 or less substrate.
