5 monotub grow B+ ready to fruit? Pictures!

Hello everyone! Been a long time with alot of failed grows after finding out my spores i was getting were shit. But here is a short log and wondering if i am ready to fruit.
Below are photos of all 5 tubs that i snapped quick photos of today 9/20/2016
Quick Summary-
-5-6 quart jars per tub. -Around 10 days now on a few of the tubs. -All holes are taped up. -I added liners this time and put each tub in trash bags -I used race horse grains in quart jars with a B+ strain. -When i moved them in into the monotubs i mixed in choir/verm and mixed it together with the spawn at the proper temp and added a casing layer ontop of the monotub then cut away the liner.
I believe 2-3 of these are ready to fruit (THOUGHTS?)
The other tubs are behind so i will take the ones that are ready and put them on the table and start a cycle of 12 hours lights on and 12 off and put polyfill in all of the holes and i have 2 fans in each corner of the room that will turn on 6-8 times a for 15mins each time (THOUGHTS?). The lights and fans are on a timer.
The other tubs i will put under the table and cover with a blanket for added protection from the light till they are ready.
All 5 monotubs are a B+ strain. Here are the photos below>>>>>>

Light is beneficial to ALL stages of mycelium growth, so get those tubs out of those garbage bags.
And this is news to me but apparently you can fruit at spawning, by simply just putting the poly fill in then rather than 1-2 weeks later.
Im going to try this method on my next tub.
But your tubs do look great for your out dated info you did something right lol id defly fruit pic 4 since were waiting for full colonization then induce fruiting,,, but i mean you could fruit all of em

So I will throw all tubs on the table out of the bags and just start the 12 hours on 12 hours off light cycle. FAE seems to sound important once that is engaged it starts fruiting I believe I did a 4 mono tub set up and it worked out pretty good I just don't remember when I started fruiting all the tubs

I already put a casing layer on do I just need to stuff it with polyfill and let the mushrooms start growing or put another layer of soil on top of all the white growth?

Since you've already waited to fruit I'd do the last three tubs pictured now. For Shits and grins and to see if you like it you could also fruit the most recent one now. Looks good though.
Your casing has been colonised. It's up to you. If you feel you need one then I'd apply another. I've never cased anything other than Pf jars when growing in the jar.

I say fruit them all right now, except for the first one. The first one is not ready and needs to colonize (though you can skip colonization and fruit at spawning with medium FAE/poly/micropore.)
Nothing like getting a pound or more of mushies all at once.
Just make sure you can dry them all. (With a dehydrator, not an effing fan!!)

Why does drying with a fan bad and or not recommended ?

Because its not fast/effective enough. The quicker they are cracker dry, the less actives that are lost.

In a pinch overnight in the fridge isnt going to hurt them terribly. Ive had to do that before. They were fine afterwards.
