Began fruiting b + using WBS in coco and everything was going smoothly then I noticed some lumpy white growth. I've had problems with green mold in the past and thought I finally won my battle with it. is this what I think it is? And if it is can I save it since it's still white (meaning it hasn't dropped spores yet?) and

yup, doesn't look good. I don't think salt will do anything, where did you read that? I'd bury it outdoors so maybe there will be a chance of getting something out of it. green is bad news.

I Read this article. you can use salt to kill off lots of stuff even weeds. So far I haven't seen anything pop up did a small pull on the few fruits that are growing nothing seemed to get on the fruits. I believe they're still good. Hopefully no more stupid green mold and the next pull will be much nicer.

Yeah salt paste slows it down, definitely won't kill it. If you don't have a flush coming in already, get it out. Also yes they're still good. If trich was bad for you, we'd all die from every root vegetable that has a symbiotic relationship with trich. Other green molds like penicillium is used to make blue cheese. Aspergillus is used to make corn syrups. The common green molds in this hobby don't kill you. They don't even make you sick.

I'd get what you can from it providing you've got it somewhere it won't spread to other grows or around your growing area

If you're desperate for your flush and willing to get your grow area heavily infested with spores, go for it! Like they say, once you see trich, oh you'll be seeing plenty more where that came from.

Sorry I thought you said it had fruited. I thought you were asking if the fruits would be OK with green on the sub. If you gotta do it do it away from everything, but yeah as mad said I see trich in your foreseeable future

It had fruits on it and some pins wondering if it was okay to keep it going. Trich has been the bane of my existence since I started this hobby. I have it out of the room where I normally do work in. But of corse I've found more of it.
