Daughter of British Peer Shot Dead in Filipino War on Drugs * 1

http://www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2016/09/19/daughter-of-british-peer-shot-dead-in-filipino-war-on-drugs.html

Quote:

The body of Aurora Moynihan was found dumped on a Manila street last week with a hand-written sign alleging she was a drug dealer to celebrities.
The daughter of one of Britain’s most notorious aristocrats, Tony, the 3rd Lord Moynihan, has been found shot dead on a Philippines street, making her one of the most high-profile victims of President Rodrigo Duterte’s extra-judicial war on drugs which has now seen up to 2,000 alleged dealers and users assassinated.

Aurora Moynihan’s body was found dumped in a Manila street last weekend, with a hand-written cardboard sign on which were scrawled the words, “drug pusher to the celebrities you are next,” in the local language. CCTV footage released by police shows the moments before she was shot as she got out of her Toyota SUV at the corner of Temple Drive and Giraffe Street in Barangay Ugong Norte.
The Philippines Star newspaper, which published graphic images of the dead body, described her as an “alleged drug pusher to celebrities.”

The report added that the victim’s bag contained sachets of methamphetamine and drugs parephanelia, including four pieces of aluminium foil and two improvised glass smoking tubes.

Moynihan’s father, Tony, was known in the U.K. as the “runaway peer” for his habit of fleeing tricky situations back home. He made a break for the Philippines in late 1960s when facing a string of fraud allegations in the U.K.

After his death in 1991, his obituary described him as a “bongo-drummer, confidence trickster, brothel-keeper, drug-smuggler and police informer.”

His office in Manila bore a brass plaque with the legend, “Of the 36 ways of avoiding disaster, running away is the best.”

Moynihan was widely known to be involved in the Manila drug trade. In 1980 he was named by an Australian Royal Commission as part of a syndicate importing heroin from Manila.

He enjoyed the protection of President Ferdinand Marcos whom he referred to as, “my drinking chum.” Scotland Yard and the DEA used Moynihan to entrap Howard Marks, an Oxford University graduate who was one of the world’s biggest marijuana dealers.

Moynihan wore a wire during meetings with Marks in return for his own immunity and was chief witness for the prosecution of his old friend.

Marks described Moynihan, who died of a heart attack at age 55, as “a first-class bastard.”

Maritoni Fernandez said in a statement published in Filipino media: “In the early hours of September 10th, we lost my sister Aurora Moynihan.

“We as a family have one priority and truth at this point in time and that is to protect her children from further pain and suffering so that they, and we as a family may take this time to grieve, mourn but most of all celebrate the life of this exceptional human being I will forever have the privilege of calling my sister,” she said.

“Thank you for your understanding.”

Selling heroin and ratting out pot dealer competition. Scum of the fucking Earth if you ask me. I won't dance in celebration of his deserved death but I know the world is better off without this scum. But its not too surprising. British and American elite have been heading up the major drug distribution since they took it over from the french. Afghani poppie fields are the source of the heroin scourge. The royal family of Britain and the American elite bring the stuff in by the multi ton and distribute it through the italian mafias and other mafias around the world. But they'll throw your kid in jail and make them a felon if they're stupid enough to get caught with a needle of the stuff, that is if they don't OD. Good riddance to this spoiled sack of crap who thinks he can go to foreign countries and run dope for the MI6/royal family.

Bravo to President Rodrigo Duterte for taking out the trash.  :hatsoff:

What punishment do you think Aurora Moynihan deserved? Are you upset that he didn't get a trial first? This sack of crap was a murdering heroin dealing mobster. He was the scum of the scum. I really don't understand your negative reaction at all.

I hope you realize that is talking about the father of the woman the article is talking about who was found dead, she was a mother apparently...

The philippines is completely different from America. I, for one, am glad that theae meth and heroin dealers are getting fucking murdered. Philippines needs to be a rich and stable country FIRST (like america), then it can worry about being more liberal.

Nope, I didn't read it closely enough to get that part. But it looks like the apple didn't fall far from the tree in this case. This spoiled brat had no problem with carrying on in her old man's trafficking biz. Do you think she gave a damn what destroyed lived she left as the wake of her smack and meth business? It sounds like a whole rotton crime family to me, just like most of the british royals (reptiles) imo.

It's not like either of us knew her. You may very possibly  be right but does that mean she deserved to be shot in cold blood?  Did her children deserve to lose their mother because she had Meth on her allegedly?

That's a tough call. The Filipino government apparently thought she deserved to be shot for her crimes. From what I can tell this whole family line was rotten. If the children were small it may be a very positive thing for them to have had such a corrupting influence in their lives eliminated. It might be possible to save her children and explain to them that their mom was very bad and died for it and make them promise and swear to never get involved with drug trafficking and explain to them the consequences that bad people like that deserve, before they would have become contaminated and corrupted the way Aurora was. If they are older children it probably won't make a damn bit of difference.

They have been urging citizens to kill drug users and pushers too. For all we know someone had a grudge and shot her then put a piece of cardboard on her corpse saying she was a drug pusher  You realize adults can be "saved" too right? Maybe we could have saved the mother from a life of drug dealing (assuming she was) and he kids could have been "saved" too while still having a mother...

Also I don't know about you but cold blooded murder is a lot worse in my book then dealing drugs...

I agree the manner and reason for her murder (and all of the recent drug murders there) are pretty fucking barbaric and I could never see any valid justification for taking something as precious as life in that manner.

In saying that, Duterte has been saying for a long time now "stop or you'll die". Apparently hes a man of his word, through his state sanctioned police killings or vigilantes. Regardless, maybe its time for the drug users and pushers there to get the fucking memo.

He is still over 90% in favor from the people. His attitude is basically that he is too old to give a fuck what everyone else thinks, and for the time that he is in his presidency he's going to do his best to clean that cesspool up.

The only people who'd care to stage a coup against him are the same corrupt dogs that he's now thrown out of any seats of power for having their fingers in the pies that crippled the country.

Aside from his murderous frenzy he's doing a good job.

I want to direct this at everyone who thinks these heroin dealers being taken out is a bad thing...

If you have a pack of rabid dogs running around in the streets what do you do to them? You want them gathered up and euthanized before they bite you or your wife or your daughter. I'm not saying that all dogs are rabid or even that all dogs roaming the streets are rabid, but the ones that are rabid need to be disposed up. In fact its a vanishingly small group that are.

Now these heroin dealers are infected with the rabies of heroin distribution so you round them and up euthanize them before they spread any more of their rabies.

My own cousin is one such victim, who's OD'd corpse was dumped in a ditch by her so called "friends". The solution is simple, when you have rabid dogs you have to deal with them by gathering them up. The insane left has stopped all reason and imposed their perverted ideas of tolerance for murderers in their own communities so the floodgates are wide open and people of your political persuasion don't care one damn about the scorched earth your tolerance for mafioso murderers cause to families like mine and a lot of other families.

Respect the rights of heroin dealers? Give me a fucking break! Why should a heroin dealer have the same rights as I do? They're like rabid mad dogs and you want to protect the liberty of rabid mad dogs. There's no liberty for murderers! Do you want to be on the other side of being bitten by a mad dog? So I know how offensive this might be to you but tell me after you suffer from the effects of your relatives being killed if you're still so PC that you want to let these rabid dogs run free.

So thats my rant on taking out the heroin dealers. So tell me how many Filipino children should get addicted to heroin and OD to satisfy your political beliefs?

You sound like Hitler... The problem is that by encouraging vigilantes and LEO to execute people they are making room for a lot of innocent people to get killed.

Do you really think everyone who has been killed so far was a "rabid dog"?...

If anything it seems like the most ferocious of them is leading the pack...
