Habitat: Found these two growing in my backyard lawn by themselves after some good rain.
Gills: The first mushroom has gills that reach lower than the cap, pale-ish in color, connecting to the stem (adnate?).
The second mushroom has gills that can't be seen hanging under the cap, ashy gray in color, appearing to narrowly connect to the stem (adnexed?)
Stem: The first mushroom has a hollow, thin stem that gives when flexed. Approx. 1-2mm in diameter, ~3cm tall.
The second mushroom also has a hollow, thin stem that gives when flexed. Approx 2-3mm in diameter, ~3cm tall.
Cap: The first one is a pale-ish orange with a darker red tip, a slight nipple makes it seem umbontae. The cap is a fairly perfect circle.
The second cap has a grainy wood-like appearance on the cap (quite gray) with a lighter area on the top, once wet much of the cap takes on the same lighter pale color. The shape is quite convex and the cap is an irregular circle.
Spore print color: Spore print in progress
Bruising: No bruising noticed on either specimen
Other information: The first mushroom I have seen growing on lawns quite commonly through the summer. The second mushroom might be less common because this is the first time I've noticed these on our lawn.

1: Conocybe sp 2: Panaeolina Foenesecii
Mildly educated guesses.

The spore print on the first one came out brown, could definitely Conocybe.
The second one came out very dark black. Wondering if it may be Panaeolus olivaceus?
After looking into it some more, I don't think anyone could help to figure it out unless I had a microscope to check out the spores. I only found a single specimen and little brown mushrooms can all just look so damn similar.

It could be Panaeolus olivaceus. It is not Panaeolina foenisecii, but even if it is, you will need way more than that to trip.
