Habitat: Soil in grassy/weedy area right next to a horse paddock
Gills: Black. And leaves almost like an ink mark on my fingers
Stem: stems are a pale Yellow to off White colour.
Cap: Light brown, but dark brown at the very top, also curling and almost what i would call slight blueing around the edges
Spore print color: No spore print
Bruising No bruising.
Other information: they have a strong "rubbery" smell and feel very delicate

Actually after a second glance they look more like Coprinus atramentarius
Either way, neither are active...Keep hunting!

As for edibility, they are known to contain coprine which is a class D toxin... So not recommended. The reaction to coprine varies between individuals, toxic to some and not to others from what I understand. In the name of safety I would recommend not consuming them. Maybe a TI or someone more knowledgeable on this will chime in though.
