Just crumble some multivitamins and put a scoop of whey protein in your substrate

Haha you had recess in high school
On topic though, the consistency of your proposed sub or spawn or whatever (a brick, basically) would make it hard to be useful unless you ground it up and mixed it with verm. It doesn't look like it would hold moisture very well by itself.
Then there is all the salt of course, plus I imagine there is also a binding agent as well. In fact, looking at the ingredients, there are a lot of ingredients I couldn't readily identify that might have a negative impact on your shrooms. Besides all this, you never mentioned how much it costs anyway.
In my opinion the answer is no. It's not something I would attempt to use or substitute with readily-available and proven substrate.

The measurement of sodium on a package usually references the amount of salt, since free sodium is a little... reactive by itself.
Lol just a little, that and Lithium hydride my two favourite things to throw in a bowl of water from a good distance lol

The reason that block can sit out and not mold (salt content aside) is that it's dry as hell. It's a dry block. Soon as you hydrate that all them seeds and grains are gonna be mold buffet.
