3 weeks and no pins

Hello everyone, this is my first post!! I am using the Pf tek for my first grow, and I am struggling to get my cakes to pin. My set up is a 92 quart tub sgfc with 1/4" holes, 2 inches apart on all six sides. the tub is about 3 1/2 ft. off the ground and elevated roughly 6/7 inches, I have about 5/6 inches of properly moistened perlite. I have 6 cakes in the tub and all six of them consolidated for 2 weeks; they were dunked for 24 hours at room temp (rinsed before and after) then they were rolled in fine dry vermiculite. I sprayed the verm 1 hour after birthing to moisten it. My fanning/misting schedule is misting 3 times a day and fanning 4 times a day. I have no fan in the room besides an a/c vent that I shut because it's relatively close to my sgfc (also I have a window cracked open approximately 1 in.) my sgfc is located in the corner of the room and gets plenty of indirect sunlight. I'll post pictures too, so y'all can get a better idea. I'd appreciate any advice. Thank you!!!!!

Watering the bottom
Put in a saucer of water for a couple hours to wick up the moisture. Then put back into regular fruiting conditions.

Also, if you're new and your posts contain the words: Humidifer, incubator, air-stone, or heater, then you need to read and UTFSE before asking people to review your setup. OR... You should be cultivating reptiles and fish, not mushrooms.

Get them off the lid/band setup you've got and place them solely on the lid. The verm on the bottom is likely slowing it all down. It usually always does. You've got no micro climate coming up the sides of your cakes from the evap off the perlite, making your casing layer (the roll) essentially useless.

Should I reroll the cakes? Or would that make the cake more susceptible to contamination and I'll put them on the lid/water the bottom

Only reroll 1 in a million cases in which the environment is perfect for it to envelope the cake.
Like very extraordinary circumstances.

^ The mycelium surrounded the layer and sucked it in. I rerolled it and it pinned 3 days later. You don't need that though.
