Well TOR was originally a military project wasn't it?
Quote:
The core principle of Tor, "onion routing", was developed in the mid-1990s by United States Naval Research Laboratory employees, mathematician Paul Syverson and computer scientists Michael G. Reed and David Goldschlag, with the purpose of protecting U.S. intelligence communications online. Onion routing was further developed by DARPA in 1997.

DARPA developed TOR because the military/NSA/etc wanted a secure communications network for convention and covert operations especially in countries with restrictive internet and communications access (eg China). However, the fact that the government released TOR suggests to me that either they've developed something even better and don't need to use TOR anymore, or they wanted the public to ferret out any security problems with the design of the network (which the public seems to be doing quite well).

Well the people who made and released the TOR program used today were not military related at least I believe:
Quote:
The alpha version of Tor, developed by Syverson and computer scientists Roger Dingledine and Nick Mathewson[21] and then called The Onion Routing project, or TOR project, launched on 20 September 2002.[1][22] On 13 August 2004, Syverson, Dingledine and Mathewson presented "Tor: The Second-Generation Onion Router" at the 13th USENIX Security Symposium.[23] In 2004, the Naval Research Laboratory released the code for Tor under a free license, and the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) began funding Dingledine and Mathewson to continue its development.
Its history is pretty interesting though...

I am even more baked since I saw your last post so that took me a minute to get Was looking around like "where the fuck does it say PEDO anywhere"...

Pretty sure the internet has always been a haven to creepy and perverse stuff like that, the increase in privacy programs just makes it easier sadly.
But there are downsides to everything. I am sure when the internet was invented that was the last thing they expected people to use it for

Sadly it's the world we're living in.
But it's a balance nature has always and will always maintain.
Yin & Yang
Good & Evil
Male & Female ... Ect. Need I go on?
Again I agree it sucks but it's best to just not assume the worse and feed negativity/evil.
Thoughts are creative use them wisely.
So it best to just tell our selves that she is a submissive who wants this and she gets off on it.
I cant feed evil with my vibrations, my vibes are for good, love, peace, family, Gaia, all positive things in general.
Not evil.
Just my
ALWAYS STAY POSITIVE!

This reminds me of the Hostel films, a little bit.
People say stuff like this actually does go down, whether this particular case is true or not doesn't really matter to me.
Just thinking about all of the madness out there, it wouldn't strike me as something that is impossible.

Have you ever seen Daisy's Destruction? The guy who made it had videos of a small child being raped, tortured, and murdered. His videos depicts rape of children and even toddlers, torture by whipping, electrocution, had both her legs amputated, and thrown in a microwave. It's sick.
He was eventually caught and prosecuted in the Phillipines: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peter_Scully
to note: she didn't actually die, either...she survived.
.... yeah...she survived.
