Looks like Tamps to me 
You can see plenty of blue bruising on a few of those, bone apple tea

looks fine to me most of them are tampenensis, some are pan cinctulus maybe, most of them are active in any case and they all look a little messed up, not perfect growth conditions is all, check the aborts n shit

rinsed specimens that aren't rotting are perfectly fine to eat from poop. i wonder how many millions of pounds of cubes have been eaten with no adverse affects over the years?
generally speaking--and there are always exceptions--herbivore poop isn't the stuff to worry too much about. otoh, meat eaters' poo is some heinously infectious stuff.

they're fine, there really isn't much else they could be based on what you described happening. and they're definitely not something poisonous, don't overthink it.
