What Helps Your Anxiety the Most?

What's up everyone, first I just wanted to introduce myself. I have been a member here on the Shroomery for about four years and only recently have I started my first grow and become involved in the forums.
So I am curious what have you found to be the most effective method(s) of treating your general anxiety?
I first had BAD anxiety in college and since graduating it is WAAY better and at many times non-existsent. Unfortunately I have been treating my mild anxiety with kratom for about a year now and we all know kratom is about to kick the bucket, legally speaking anyways. It's all good though, kratom makes me kinda slow and I've been wanting to curb the habit for a while now. I only take about 5-8g a day so I've basically been using it medicinally and quitting shouldn't be too crazy.
I'd appreciate any ideas! Anything from lifestyle practices to supplementation is welcomed. I really love enjoying life anxiety free as I really don't tolerate it well, so any input would be greatly appreciated!

Dammit Sheekle, that's the exact answer I wanted to hear.
Haha seriously tho, I desperately need to increase my intake of psychedelics. Part of the reason I started growing. Damn college and work now has been too much, need to let loose more and keep my perspective in check. This I am aware of.
Thanks desant & Mad, all good and logical answers lol. I could also definitely use more exercise and dome. I mean who couldn't?

I guess it depends on what triggers your anxiety. If you just feel anxiety without cause try some Tianeptine and or Phenibut. These are both legal for now. These are both hard hitters. If you have a legit source, there is no question, You will feel it working. I'm loathe to recommend any drugs where it cannot be distinctly felt. There are so many supps where you wouldn't know if it was a sugar pill.

Fosho, yea my anxiety is pretty mild now a days and much of the time I know why I'm stressed and then there are times when I just feel sort of hypertensive and shit for no apparent reason. Like some sort of physiological effect from who the fuck knows what, which is why I was curious about some supps that have helped others. I don't need any hard drugs such as benzos it aint that bad lol.
Goddammit I should have known better to start this thread LOL. You fuckers are hilarious and not helpful at all

Kratom and cannabis are my two favorite vices, they melt anxiety and depression away and can help me think clearer about the source of my anxiety.
After that diet and exercise play the biggest roles I would say.
-------------------- Don't worry about me, I've got all that I need. And I'm singing my song to the sky You know how it feels, With the breeze of the sun in your eyes. Not minding that time's passing by I've got all and more, My smile, just as before. Is all that I carry with me I talk to myself, I need nobody else. I'm lost and I'm mine, yes I'm free

Usually staying off all drugs, including coffee, or any sugary products, even laying off meat for awhile, basically just a healthy diet, usually helps a lot with my anxiety. Having to deal with horrible anxiety all these years tho I've learned to keep it under control for the most part, so I can go back to smoking weed even tho It may trigger anxiety, cuz I'll will know how to cope with it for the most part..
But yea man, no drugs, and def exercise, and def eat healthy. Three steps to a anxiety free lifestyle.

Thanks z! I know what you mean about learning to manage. College was a massive learning curve, but now that's its all said and done I can manage almost all of my anxiety. I'm just kind of a baby when it comes to stress and anxiety and therefore try to eradicate it from my life as much as is possible. But of course it is just a part of life that must be accepted.
Honestly like many of yall have said, I prolly could really benefit from more exercise. It is hard after working a full day of physical labor though, especially in the summer heat down here in the south. FUCK its hot.

Alcohol, easily. In terms of actually trying to rectify the trigger; meditation and mantras. They help immensely and that sharp focused state of mind goes a long way for a lot of other things too.

The tough physical labor should suffice as a workout me thinks.. Working, especially when it is labor driven, helps to get me out of my head, which usually helps with my anxiety ime..
I'd still try to fit In a few sit-ups and push-ups every now and then tho
