It's all good..I got a mini mono that will let me know in a week or two....if the tub produces white fruits...I will then know I got a mislabeled print....I’m thinking the caps that are orange is due to them drying out or on aborts

A note on lighting:
Plug in lights in the blue spectrum work great, reptile lights being my favorite having never tried LED. That being said, sunlight is a far superior lighting source if you can utilize it. After growing shrooms of and on for as long as I have, you know I've cropped a boomer or two in some different scenarios. Sorry that I don't have pics of every set up I've ever put together, a lot of my grows (the early ones especially) were put together on a shoe string budget and every phone didn't have a camera back then and there were still a lot of people that didn't even have a cell phone back then, ok I'm old as fuck but that's not the point. The point is if you can utilize direct sunlight on your substrate you will benefit tremendously, especially when using multi-spore mycelium. The reason for this, I believe, is that the sunlight can safely penetrate into the substrate deeper than any man-made lighting apparatus. The deep penetration enables prolific primordia formation because primordia form deeper in the substrate than they would with a weaker light not enabled or endowed if you will, with the ability to penetrate deep. Logically it makes sense as well, dealing with a microscopic life form, the penetration of the surface of the substrate by the light source will largely affect primordia formation because every fraction of a measurement further the light can penetrate is another opportunity to trigger the formation of a hyphal knot and we all should know by now that more hyphal knots equal more primordia equals more mushrooms. Indirect sunlight works just as good as any plug in light provided that you have a clear tub and your getting a fair amount of actual sunlight (it's not cloudy all day every day). I have used blue tubs and sat them right in the window during the winter time and have had great results.

Second flush Kramer cake fruited in a dark blue 31 gallon Rubbermaid ruffneck tub with perlite, tub was sitting in a west-southwest facing window getting as much direct sunlight as the sun could give daily. Tub was fanned 6+ times daily and misted when needed. Room temp was 50-60 degrees. I don't think the temps inside the tub ever got to °80F. This set up worked great and the one tub fit 32 Kramer cakes if you packed them in.
So to touch base, any light will work, not all lights are created equal. Penetration of the substrate by the light source is a good thing, and the deeper the penetration the better the results. There are probably multiple other reasons besides penetration that make sunlight superior, but combining the penetration factor with the expense differential make using sunlight a no-brainer if there is no privacy/exposure factor to consider.

As for your caps changing color I can only guess at the reason why and my guess would be the same as the others, genetic mutation or mislabeled spores possibility. I would lean towards genetics as eatualive always seemed to me to be on top of his game, but mistakes happen. who knows? The important thing is that your fruits take you where you want to go, and I want to wish you and everyone else who reads this the best of luck in that endeavor my mushroom brothers.

The print was passed along, so who knows.....I got a few decent sized fruits from the first flush....my tub should be at 100% in a couple days or so...we'll see what color caps they produce....I'll feel like an ass of they end up orange....only because I didn't clone any of the fruits
