Is the account on ebay actual outgrow here? I'm having some issues with them on ebay. Couple hundred dollars in issues.

Why does it take you so long to respond on ebay? We started our conversation on the 4th. Once I posted here a little bit ago Then a partial refund has happened. Feels like it's being drug out on purpose. I'm awaiting directions on how to pack the 24jars back up to be ready for UPS like you asked and also awaiting the rest of The refund. I'm not on here as much now days but I get alerts from eBay of the messaging that comes through.

never said anything but i had the same problem with them one time (in the interest of full disclosure, it was out of MANY orders). was told i'd get a replacement for low quality bags, which never arrived. emailed half a dozen times about it over the following several weeks and was ignored. finally placed another order because i was desperate for something and said in the instructions to please include the replacements i was promised, and recieved an immeadiate reply saying the bags were included, and they were. since then, never had a problem.... always received exactly what i paid for in a reasonable time.
TLDR: i had to throw more money at mike to get him to stop ignoring me the one time i had a complaint.

Hmmm sounds like my shipping crew saw the message and sent you the bags. It wasn't intentional if the message got lost between myself and the shipping crew but it sounds like they have got you taken care of. Also the issue with the previous post has also been taken care of. On occasion it may take me a little time but Out-Grow always takes care of any issue our customers are having.

**UPDATE**
Outgrow came through like a champ. PayPal was having issues with part of the refund which was irritating but Outgrow stuck it out and quadrupled communication to make sure we got it handled. Phenomenal job, sir!
