People like you make me want to become a cop more and more everyday... Right or wrong people like you are always loyal to protect.      Hypocrisy if you ask me , construction is way more deadly than being a cop.... You must have or had cops in ur immediate familg

it's not about right and wrong, it's about restoring a natural balance, if people
want to do stupid things then let's give them their prize for stupidity

But.... If I'm a cop I decide what is stupid or not.... If I'm having a bad night and you hurt my feelings .... Well that would be stupid.

The DA didnt charge them because he was black and his live didnt matter. There was no struggle, and there was no reason to apprehend him.

would you like to show us the news article where the DA made that statement?

"There was no struggle"

He ran away from the police, he had a gun, he didn't let the cops put handcuffs on him as he fought with the cops.

"there was no reason to apprehend him"

He was a well know gang criminal that was in possession of a gun, that's plenty of reason to stop him.

Where did he "run away from the police" Dude was riding his bike with his headphones blaring, running away was him simply not hearing them and casually coasting along. If he was carrying a gun thats irrelevant. If he had priors, thats irrelevant. He wasnt on conditions and he wasnt bothering anyone. The video also shows no struggle, literally none. They had his gun in their possession because he let them grab it, and for 6 or 8 seconds you can see him laying completely still asking not to be shot. You can even hear the fear in his voice. Thats murder.

OK so do you agree that cops who break the law they are supposed to up held  should be punished extremely? No paid vacation , but instant death..  the officers would be compensated handsomely for the extra risk of death if they break the law .  Only the bear minimum accountability is being displayed......

So criminal breaks law willingly = death..  if the cop breaks a law willingly should have the same punish as the offender....  See I like cops and hate criminals but people like you and pris are too one sided.... It's rather easy to see

I'd say second degree homicide

by itself, resisting arrest does not warrant fatal action.  this is why cops are generally given tasers/pepper spray in addition to a firearm

generally? you want to show some statistics on the percentage of generally?

i have no statistics concerning the percentage of police who have vs. don't have pepper spray/tasers.  i actually saw our head sheriff walking down the sidewalk this afternoon.  he had no taser or pepper spray.  i've seen other deputies that do.  when i was in the city last month, every cop i saw out of their vehicle had a taser.  i wasn't paying close enough attention to look for a tube of pepper spray

do you have any statistics to share?

Think of the police as a bank for a second .... Your bank and somehow your money keeps going missing .... Now compare the robber to the criminal .    If a criminal Rob's ur money from the bank it's insured .. but if it's the bank itself doing the deed then you are fucked.    They should be punished severely and swiftly to set an example....      But prisoner and qman always blaming the " criminal" while the bank fucks them in the ass

"Aguilar rode away from the deputies, then jumped off the bicycle and ran into an apartment complex... The deputies pursed Aguilar on foot, suspecting he had a gun. He ignored their commands and they tackled him"

This is called non-compliance with a gun, that's a recipe for disaster.

No, they need to be investigated, charged and arrested, and then go to a grand jury and trial.

We already have a justice system in place to deal with cops that break the law.

Just being black and getting pulled over in America is pretty dangerous. Im not surprised he ran when he saw these cops come at him with their guns drawn. Even when he complied they eventually shot him for no reason.

When I was in high school I was walking around the halls trying to find the vending machines while class was in.      Me and the homeboy finally made it there but to our surprise there was a teacher that saw us and demanded that we stopped ... So we ran..... From the principal turns out the cunt called the school sheriff because she thought we were trespassing , we were not we were in our school....  So me and homeboy were outside running towards an apartment complex next door .. as soon as I was jumping the fence I saw the cop car by the road speeding towards the apartments with the lights on :lookslucrative:

It's actually not dangerous if you're not a criminal, most of the time people like this thug create a self-fulfilling prophecy with their non-compliance.

That was the excuse Michael Brown supporters used, he had to murder Wilson before Wilson killed him.

That is absurd .. look at my post about the bank and the police.    If you are willingly breaking a law you swore to protect by eliminating undesirable s or killing by mistake or anger you should be punished more severely than a civilian.....

But they don't... That's why I wish death on all cops , I never met an asshole cop ..  I gotten tickets for driving while license was suspended with no insurance multiple times when in fact I could have been arrested.          There are a lot of jobs more dangerous than being a cop so they should be held accountable to a higher standard than ur regular citizen... But nope paid time off vacation is what the "DA" does.

dude...get fucking real, in the eyes of the law, 99% of people on here are criminals.....yet i'd bet most are not bad people or violent. Still criminals though, if we run it could be b/c we have a gun, have drugs or are just tripping sack and the loud sirens and lights set you into fight or flight mode, regardless of the reason the cops are gonna hunt you down and treat you like sub-human shit.. Those situations we could easilly end up like the guy in the video. This COULD be any one of us regardless of race. So fuck off w/ the "only happens to criminals" sentiment.
