Which post would you sticky/pin?

Organized information can be hard to find if you are new. The best way to find a compilation of links seems to be to check the links in the signature of the most active users. I think it would be very helpful (especially for new users) if there was a sticked post at the top of the forum with a compilation of links to the current recommended teks.

For example I found The Basics by SpitBallJedi to be really helpful and I see it suggested a lot.

In your opinion, what post would deserve to be added to a sticked compiled list? Not just post for beginners either, any piece of knowledge that you think should be added to a list for reference.

What's wrong with using the search box for the terms people need to know about?

I'm not sure what the mods specific reason is for not sticking threads like that but I'm sure there's a reason.

Don't like researching posts? Read this! . Also, if you're new and your posts contain the words: Humidifer, incubator, air-stone, or heater, then you need to read and UTFSE before asking people to review your setup.  OR... You should be cultivating reptiles and fish, not mushrooms.

Nothing wrong with it. It is a very valuable tool. There can be a lot of noise to signal though. A curated list of what the community considers the best would be really nice though.

I happened to miss this write up on casing and fruiting at spawn. For example.

This thread has been closed.

Reason:
