Found 3 different species
    #23637073 - 09/11/16 08:31 PM (7 years, 4 months ago)

Hello everybody, I can't identify these mushrooms I found in the woods on dead, rotting trees. I'm from North West indiana and live in a wooded area and often find these mushrooms growing on dead, rotting wood.

First pick they are reddish brown with a umbrella cap and close to the same color u nderneath the cap and stem ranges from 1/2 inch to 2 inches.

Second pick, white/light brown with a black/ dark brown underneath the cap, stem ranges from very short to 2 inches

Third is dark/light brown with a almost white underneath the cap, stem is around a inch or less.
