I haven't even made my rounds in pdx yet.  Too much herb to trim.  At least I've had a chance to make three trips to the coast.  My dune cyan patch is really putting out.  Glad no one has found them...yet.  They are in a weird spot so I'd say they are safe.

This line one was tucked away in a nice little micro climate.

These are in the more typical dune habitat.

And the only mature azzie I found.  Lots of nice quarter size caps around at least.

The dunes have been hit hard.  Looks like someone just finds a spot and rolls around for the day.

HH hitting it hard.

:likeaboss:

Yes I've noticed people are just ravaging spots. Basic tracking you can see where everyone goes it's like they don't even care. I see nothing this brazen until around the new year when everyone's eaten their stash but needs them for holiday.

It was nice running into you in the field yesterday Hunter. There were more pins than we could cover up that's for damn sure, and even in the areas that had been completely nuked by the locals. There were more teenagers out there than I could count and none of them had cars. Which got me to wondering how the hell they get out there in the first place? From what I gathered from my time living in Astoria theres a pretty tight knit group of adults and high school kids who think it's their personal right as locals to go out in large groups and pick these fields dry, lucky they're so lazy otherwise I wouldn't have found shit yesterday.

I've grown pounds of cubensis mushrooms but I have yet to find a single wild specimen.

Is this considered late in the season of cyanescens in the puget sound area?

I've been trying to go out searching twice a week.

How late will cyans fruit? I'm worried I'm running out of time for the season. =(

cultivated Ps azurescens

This is way more than I'll use. I'll leave some to rot and spore the beds as well as spread to other areas around. Keep a look out

I used to run the other way when I saw people in the dunes.  It's kinda fun meeting other hunters.

V420. Nice azures!  All My allenii pots are pinning but nothing from my azures yet.  Very nice.
