Sorry, I hunt alone. I operate best by myself or with my super secret hunting partner. Yeah, I know you're lurking here buddy, I can feel your presence.

Definitely some nice grassland cyans you have there!
Congrats on the first find!
Also in the future you should consider bringing scissors or a knife to cut the stems instead of pulling them out.
Pulling a few up to propagate the mycelium isn't big deal but when tons get ripped up it sets the patch back a bit I imagine.
I know that is the case with other mushrooms. Of course its not a big deal I just wanted to let you know if you didn't already.

Yea people stop pulling shit up. I should post a pic of a trail straight through a very moist patch that was the first to fruit this year. No stem butts left behind and so abused it probably isnt going to have a. Second flush. Actually a hunter is picking the pins every other day sucks too because that patch is usualy my go to for nice fat matures.
I'd say leave the pins and find a fresh patch stop visiting every day and fucking stop walking through it. Use scissors if your nails are chewed Down or just dont clip your thumb and middle finger.
I'm not crying about it im used to seeing this shit. However we are only fighting ourselves let's relax a bit and pick what is ready.

Every year is the same. Once you find a patch....make sure you really watch yourself because all it takes is one person to destroy it....and a lot of casual pickers seem to have that habit. I think most people on the Shroomery are definitely a cut above though.
Nice Canadian cyans

I finally found a small amount of psilocybe cyanescens fruiting at one of my best spots! Only found 7 mature mushrooms, and I left some babies to grow up.
