Any Ideas on this one?
    #23631748 - 09/10/16 09:58 AM (7 years, 4 months ago)

Found these in a group at the base of an oak tree. There was also a smaller group just outside the shadow line of the tree's canopy.

I am guessing they are some sort of Boletus???

What I find most interesting on these is the instant blue brusing. The blue is bright and very fast to develop and appears on all parts of the shroom except the area just beneath the cap.

I tried to get a print but the tubular area under the cap just turned to a green goo :/

A few Pic's:

Boletus sensibilis? Wait for someone who knows what they're talking about, but I wouldn't eat it.

A good example how absolutes such as "if it blue its true" sometimes do not apply

Happy hunting !!
