just took a small dose and its really helping me focus and thats just about what I need at this point in my life, not even so much to get high
So, getting to my point of the post, I can't keep asking my friends for theirs, I need my own supply, I live in the middle east, Lebanon specifically and I was wondering, if I'm 18 can I get my own script just by going to the doctor and acting unfocused, cus I have gone once before and they wanted to assess me for ADHD but I didn't want to at the time, but now I do.
Are there any legal otc things similar to this, I need something that makes me focus like 5 cups of coffee but dosen't make me shit like a mofo. I can get a script but that will take a bit of doing, but is there anything similar that I can buy at GNC, or OTC at a pharmacy?

If you are ever able to keep using this medication for therapeutic purposes, steer* clear of abusing it. It's easy to get into a rythm of taking it and then doing shit other than your studies... Otherwise, it's awesome for staying focused. There are chems related to methylphenidate, for instance modafinil and adrafinil (spelling check this), but i think methylphenidate is likely the most useful

It is a prescription version of speed aka methamphetamine. I would advise drinking coffee instead. This medication can send you crazy and there is no return.

It's worth it in my eyes tho I need to do well in school and focus, especially the courses that I'm required to take.

There hundreds of natural alternatives. Anything with caffeine. Caffeine pills?
Exercise, and get loads of sleep. Study and the rest of it.

Misinformation. Methylphenidate is not an amphetamine, nor is it analogous to methamphetamine. However, there are some similarities in pharmacology, increasing dopamine and norepinephrine levels in the brain, particularly in the prefrontal cortex, by blocking monoamine transporters. Also, methamphetamine is in fact prescribed under the name 'Desoxyn'.
Anyway, it's probably not going to 'send you crazy and there is no return' like you couldn't get much more fear mongering than that. OP, if it really helps you, try finding a doctor that will work with you on this matter. I found methylphenidate to be very therapeutic and helped tremendously with my schoolwork and lots of other areas in my life.

Take some pills and do a test on them.
They include amphetamines (Adderall), sometimes called speed, methylphenidate (Ritalin).

OP lives in Lebanon. They stone you over there if you get bad grades. With that being the case I'd recommend going to your doctor and telling him you have a hard time focusing on one thing at a time

Ritalin is ok. I actually prefer isopropylphenidate which is available clear net. Best stim I have found so far.
You can also get ARMOdafinil clear net which is far better than adrafinil.

Yes it does. Read the previous posts. He said he was over there temporarily. Someone stated getting stoned.
It relates.

I prefer amphetamine for raw focus, which is in adderall. Don't think it's available in most countries other than the US and Canada though. Ritalin makes me feel weird personally. Don't take much of either, maybe once in a year if even that.
I've been taking Zyban (also called Wellbutrin/Bupropion) for quitting smoking recently. It's worked very well for that purpose, better than anything I've done to quit. It's a norepinephrine-dopamine reuptake inhibitor, and therefore makes you not crave stimulants such as nicotine and amphetamines. I've noticed while on it (been on it for a month and a half) that my focus has been quite clear. For what it's worth, I think it's a really effective focus medication that seems to get over looked since it doesn't have the same euphoric effects that ritalin, adderall and methamphetamine might.

Ritalin is not adderall, methylphenidate is Ritalin. Methylphenidate is not amphetamine.

Hi there! I have done all of them. Prescribed adderall and ritalin at different times. Concerta worked the best as it was a longer lasting ritalin experience (same chem basically) Adderal disn't help with behavior as well as ritalin did for some reason, however, all of them helped with attention span if you actually use it for necessary purposes, my go to would be the methylphenidate however...

Have you checked the local pharmacy yet? I know the few times I've been to Nicaragua I was able to purchase them over the counter no questions asked. I would get a pack of 30 for roughly $4...they are 10mg but hey for $4 thats a deal.
One 10mg pill usually does the trick for me when I need to study, its perfect really, not too heavy of a dose but just enough to help me focus.

No I haven't yet, I'm pretty sure ritalin and adderal are script only here because I hv friends who hv scripts. So i just wanted to see if there were any alternatives that I could ask for instead. I always feel so sketch asking for something that might be script only

Never really liked Ritalin, my roommate would give me some because he hated it too which he was prescribed. Adderall though is way better an both are good study drugs or for things that require more concentration an focus.

Consider yourself warned: Adderall can and will lead to all night masturbation binges in large doses, be wary of the internet when zonked
