I have 2 cakes. One looks like this

The other looks like this
.
I just harvested fruits from each of them. Should I go ahead and re-dunk the first one?
And should I let the 2nd one's pins grow? Thanks!

Yes, dunking between flushes help a lot, and yes, you should let those pins grow.

Should I also dunk the one with the pins? I just picked 4 or 5 mushrooms from it this morning.

You could, but they look like they're doing ok. I'd wait until the end of this flush and dunk after that.

Either dunk or at a minimum bottom water. Look at how blue that cake is getting, it's screaming "I'm thirsty!!!" As long as they're still just pins the dunk won't hurt them.
