Windex Sprayer???

Well i dunked my cake lastnight, and i want to roll it in verm right now... only problem is the one thing i didnt buy is a spray bottle.

Is there anyway to clean out the sprayer completely so i dont have to worry about chemicals staying in the bottle and corrupting my cakes?

BTW: my car is broken so i cant go get a spray bottle anytime soon.

Wash it out several times with hot water, also use the sprayer with hot water, until the water doesn?t form any more foam and the bottle barely smells , this should clean it pretty well.

i would put it through a dish washer too....It steams way hotter than hot water outta the tap--so much more is removed.

I use my grandmothers windex nozzle to spray my cake now... its a bit sketchy but its only temporarliy, it looks like its going fine, I just put the nozzle in a bottle of water and spray water through the nozzle for like ages untill that windex smell is barely smellable.  Is smellable even a word, I dont know, you know what I mean thiugh, fuck you, bye :crazy2:

It might prove a bit difficult though with a windex bottle, and particularly the pump.
As for the water temperature, most dishwashers wash at 60?C (140?F) which is not hotter than the hot water you get from the faucet.

unless the dishwasher heats up the water as it enters, how can it possibly be warmer ?

turn the bottle upside down and use a hose to spray up into it... keep spraying until the water comes out clean... then dip the straw on the sprayer into a pot full of clean water and pump the sprayer til the water sprays clean...

Ever grab dishes right after they are washed...Most of they time they are to hot to hold. Grab them mid cycle even.
