The Myc looks a bit bacterial, but it should still fruit. 

What exactly are your concerns with this?

Unless there is mold physically growing in your mushrooms, yes they are safe to ingest.  I don't see any mold here, just some bacterial substrate, and a couple of bruised spots on your Myc. 

You're good dude, just give plenty of FAE to ward off molds.
