I think you're probably right about a lot of cases, but sometimes those traits are found in people who are well out of their teens as well. Bassfreak was apparently almost 30. He could have been lying I guess but I can believe it.

I've lived with family at various points after turning 18
About 3 years in the past decade

Personally I think we would be better off as a society if we were less eager to break up family units, I come from a family of immigrants and think from the perspective of a large household.

It isn't a new idea by any means, you just have more land with less bills because they're split between more people, its much easier to have kids as there are older generations around to watch them and cousins to entertain them... not to mention that you can actually retire at a reasonable age and watch over your grandkids, rather than slaving away or going into a "retirement home".

Cutting and running just fucks up your finances and isolates you, which is great for the government and big companies who want to take advantage of your vulnerability, but not so great for you. Although some people have really shitty families and they're better off alone.

In the UK it is super common for people well into their 30's if not older to be forced back home etc. Only so many years of spending 60% of your income on a single room in a rat-infested shit hole you can take before ya say "fuck it".

In many cultures and in many parts of the world it is common for families to just live together, many generations in the same house.

I lived solo from my late teens and all of my 20's, have been living back with my mother on and off through my early-mid 30's.. We have our own space and she is a widow so would be on her own otherwise, I think living with your parent(s) can be a nice thing, as long as boundaries are respected and you are not still getting your meals cooked and payed for, your laundry done etc past the age of 18 MAX..

Also people should stop having so many damn fucking rug rats.. Not a breeder myself and don't see it ever happening, plenty of people to go around as far as I can tell. Not prepared to bring more life into this torrent of shit/mayhem/war/upheaval etc etc etc, adoption may be a solid option down the line.

Put a cap on it before ya semen splits, y'all.

I agree with that in general, and that the whole obsession with the individual being unhealthy and beneficial to corporations rather than individuals,

still, I intend to move out as soon as I'm financially capable.

Same, living out of an empty house owned by my family until Spring.

Everyone literally lives in a different state right now, due to government careers which don't give you a lot of leeway to choose where you live, and a lot of violence which split us up into factions...

In a few years I'll likely be buying land with one of my siblings, don't want this to happen to the next generation.

Because we can't afford college. lol

I haven't seen anything on here that seemed like it was posted by someone underage. Ignorant for sure but not underage.

I'm twenty so maybe I'm missing the picture here, honestly though why does it bother you when you can just scroll away from it?  I'd think you'd be happy that they are taking it upon themselves to learn more.

Assuming I'm doing math right and assuming your birthday was after today that would make you under age still.

I'm glad my post gives you a good laugh. I'm certainly not crying about it though, I may be crying with happiness at how many young people do drugs and think they are some kind of enlightened being.

I'm sick of all you hypocrites
Holding me at bay
And I don't need your sympathy
To get me through the day

Hold on boy, no time to cry
Untie these strings, I'm climbing down
I won't let them push me away

The entire internet is gradually being taken over by younger and younger kids so you'd better get used to it, gramps
