What are your fitness goals?

Want to gain muscle mass? Lose weight ? Get cut ? Improve cardio?

Post your before pics . What kind of workouts will you do?

Start by making a weekly schedule -

For example a template I use is

Monday Full body weight lifting
Tuesday hot yoga
Wednesday full body weight lifting
Thursday hot yoga
Friday full body weight lifting
Saturday martial arts
Sunday martial arts

Although now a days I do martial arts every day in addition to weights or yoga

These were both taken over the past couple of weeks.

I'm going to lift seven days a week for the foreseeable future. I do a lot of size training, lower weight higher reps with good form so I can focus on isolating the muscle I'm working. My split looks something like arms(biceps triceps and shoulders), back, chest, legs, repeat. I haven't been doing any cardio or abs but I'm gonna start doing daily crunches and running a little. My diet isn't remotely planned out or set or even that healthy. I just eat a lot and try to make it protein-rich food. Good luck mates and keep it up. Will report back soon
