Looks like Coir/Verm?
What was the spawn/sub ratio?
4 days isn't that long to be in fruiting...
Can you post some pictures of your entire tub? Maybe a few of the holes?
We can help you better with more detail...however, I think that you are being slightly impatient.
Is it a Multi-spore grow? MS grows do whatever they want, and you can't count on any even flushes, etc...
If it is not a MS grow than some more pictures will help us.

Yep coir/Verm. Ratio was 4 pints spawn to 1 brick coir 2 quarts Verm. I'm sure I am just being impatient but the single pin was throwing me for a loop lol. I'll post some more pics in a sec

I couldn't really see a pin in any of the pictures. I don't know what that yellow stuff is supposed be in your first picture. It looks like metabolites to me.
I'd leave it to colonize more, usually takes around 10-14days

Did you case it or is that just uncolonized bulk substrate?

Don't jump the gun yet...but usually when I see yellow almost immediately, the green always follows. Keep an eye on it so you can get the tub out of your house ASAP if it starts to turn.

Well I'd just keep an eye on it, and take a pic of said green and post it here before tossing. Also as a manure based substrate kinda guy, 1/4-1/2 of my subs get metabolites, and very rarely does green follow. Those metabolites just look like the runoff from the condensation on the sides of the tub.

^ Yea lots of times people think they are seeing metabolites but its just water run off tinted from the substrate
Trich starts out as super white myc that looks out of place before it turns green
